Sotheby's International Realty is synonymous with luxury property. Multi-million-dollar homes, exclusive listings, portfolio properties that define the market. But the agency's website was a generic WordPress template — interchangeable with a hundred other real estate sites. Generic imagery. No brand positioning. No social proof. No lead capture architecture. A 78% bounce rate.

Trust Architecture
Social proof above the fold: recent transactions with prices, client testimonials, international awards. Not generic "See our reviews" — specific recent achievements ("Sold AUD $8.2M, Kirrawee"). Credibility before any listing.
Dynamic Property CMS
Sanity CMS: agents upload new properties with editorial-quality images, detailed descriptions, neighbourhood context. Each property page is a mini landing page — virtual tour, investment thesis, neighbourhood guide. Not a datasheet.
