Ounass is the Middle East's premier luxury e-commerce platform — Al Tayer Group's first exclusively digital luxury venture. 600+ brands. 2-hour delivery in Dubai. NPS of 72 — above Apple, above Amazon.

In Dubai, where word-of-mouth travels fast and luxury purchases are socially motivated, informal referrals were a significant but entirely invisible revenue source. The Amber loyalty programme rewarded repeat purchasing. Nothing rewarded advocacy. Customers who sent ten friends received the same experience as customers who never mentioned the brand.
