NIAMBO is a Slovakia-based herbal sports recovery brand built around freedom of movement. NIAMBO COLD cools and relaxes tired muscles post-workout; NIAMBO HOT activates and prepares the body pre-workout. 5.0/5.0 across 398 reviews. The product was undeniable. The distribution wasn't.

The European herbal medicine and sports recovery market is growing 24.8% annually, projected to reach €113 billion by 2030. NIAMBO had a product positioned perfectly at the intersection of herbal healing and athletic recovery. But every direct enterprise approach meant an 18-month procurement cycle. The market was moving. NIAMBO needed a faster model.

Without a tracking system, commission structure, onboarding kit, or partner program framework, there was no mechanism to activate even willing distribution contacts. Verbal agreements don't convert to active revenue without infrastructure.
